Amazing warranty support
We've been paddling iRocker boards since 2021, and they've not been without issues. Two warranty claims, one factory recall on a board, a faulty pump, a wonky paddle and a very recent issue with a brand new board's valve. Products (especially made in China, there... I said it) will have occasional quality control issues. That's a fact. I wouldn't guess this to be different than any other brand. However... where iRocker really stands out is their warranty support. Every single time we've had an issue, the response from their warranty support team and been timely, quick, friendly - and EVERY time, they've risen to the occasion and made it right, replacing faulty items and doing so faster than any other company I've dealt with. In a couple of instances, they've phoned me directly to work out the details. THIS is what keeps us coming back, and why we bought two MORE boards from them last month. I feel confident that whatever issues might arise, they're invested in keeping their customers.
