Bought a shockwave device for $2000…
Bought a shockwave device for $2000 from Solana Beauty Tech. The web page stated it had a 1 year warranty. It stopped working after 6 months. Contacted the company communicated with a Clara Wei. They have been stringing me along and made a comment that makes me think they are trying to get out of honoring their warranty. Then I tried to file a complaint with “Made in China” and was just frustrated to no end by the malfunctioning website. So I don’t know if my complaint went thru. Am I screwed out of 2 grand?
