Return policy not very clear on up…
Return policy not very clear on up charges and limited time frame of certain items. Checked once and item available to return and a couple days later was ineligible. So out of 4 rings, I am keeping 2 I do not care for and “exchanging” 2 more due to sizing. The one rose gold one is for my daughter and she loves it commemorating birthstones with her sister that passed unexpectedly last Dec. I just feel now, with additional fees to exchange, I have spent close to $400 for 1 -not real gold- ring for my remaining daughter and three more to sit in a drawer. Overall disappointing experience. Would have liked to exchange for a different piece, not for like.
