Appalling customer service and communication. If you want to order any of their premium products through their website, do yourself a favour and don’t bother, unless you want to wait 3 years to receive it. I’ve ordered two products from them in 2023 and still yet to receive them. They don’t offer any form of refunds, nor do they inform paying customers of pushbacks on shipping dates. Near enough every time I’ve had to chase them for an update. They hold your money hostage with poor reasoning. Don’t waste your time or your money.
