I am a senior living on a fixed income and purchased the underwear designed for incontinence. It took over 2 months to receive any type of update on my order and was informed that they delivered the package on June 4th when in fact it was never delivered. I tried multiple times to get the company to either replace the items or refund my money, they simply stopped responding to me
