Wrong product delivered
I ordered a bamboo indoor plant for gifting someone. Product selected was a golden vase and plant. However when the order was delivered it was a plastic transparent vase. When I requested to change the product. Company's execute initially made me wait gor almost 2 hours and then upon followup gave me a voucher of 20% of the amount i booked. I insisted stating, i donot want any discount of voucher just take the delivered product back and givr my rightful product. But they kept saying the same thing take 20% and close the conversation
