Disappointed in Customer Service
Your mirrors are beautiful. I have ordered 3 that came in perfectly. The last one I ordered was broken and I have been in customer service for 4 weeks now. No new mirror ordered or a refund. I have sent in all the pictures and labels and also pictures of the box, front back and all sides. All I get emailed is 4-7 days will be ordered and shipped. Thank you for your patience and understanding in every email. I have called numerous times and finally this morning was able to leave a message but no call back at the moment. I never leave any feedback normally because usually all my purchases are good ones. Not sure this time. Frustrating to be honest. Do better Mirror Lot, you have beautiful mirrors.
