Crazy good customer support!!!
I'm at my 2nd replacement of a product I've bought from them. Really good design and feature, small issues with holding its shape in time but, on the other hand, really really responsive customer service, eager to solve your problem asap, I'm truly impressed - I think they have by far the best customer relation team, congratulation, guys! (I would have given them 5 stars if the product would've been perfect!)
