Never received bag in US
Edit - customer service is very polite and courteous. They insist US shipping is possible, I just had a rare fluke experience. Their designs are beautiful. I do intend to look them up when traveling so I can buy direct (without shipping). Never received bag in US Unfortunately I am unable to provide a review because despite working with customer service, my purchase never cleared US customs. It’s a shame - their product looks classy and interesting, but at this time, the US does not seem to be a location from which purchases can be made.
