Lupe Rocks
If it weren't for the help of my Products Advisor, Lupe's support during my ordering process, I probably wouldn't have completed my purchase, due to parts of the process (going solo) being confusing. (Ex: not being able to see the color options visually -- "blue" is not accurate enough of a description to understand what blue you'll end up with!). Anyways, after reaching out to the customer care chat and getting Lupe on the other line, she was able to show me the different color options and then hang tight with me throughout the rest of the process -- next day air shipping needs and all. Thank you for your patience and guidance Lupe -- it is very much appreciated!
