I was really looking forward to receiving this bracelet, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The stones looked dull and had no shine at all—nothing like what was shown in the pictures. Even worse, it broke within just two days of wearing it. When I reached out to customer support, they were extremely slow to respond. I’ve been in contact with them for over three weeks now, and the process has been frustrating. They refused to give me a refund, and I was forced to choose another item just so my money wouldn’t go to complete waste. What’s most frustrating is that throughout all this, they keep claiming to offer “high-quality” products—yet my experience has been the complete opposite.
