Cheap weird fabric and unflattering fit.
I ordered shorts that were supposedly linen and cotton. While I can't be certain I have a hard time believing it was truly linen/cotton! The material was cheap, weird feeling, and had a chemical smell. The worst of it was the fit - super high waisted, baggy, and the elastic waist was extremely tight for a size small (I usually wear XS) - just very unflattering overall. BUT, the customer service was good! I had double ordered and they emailed me back promptly and took care of it, so that's good.
