SCAMMERS!!!
Sent wrong size and poorly made items. Asked for a combination of correct items and refund. They suggested that I pay them more money (half price) to send the correct item and that I should give the incorrect item to a friend. When I refused they said I could just pay shipping, again, for something I already paid for, and I again refused. At this point I asked for a refund on both of the items and they replied by saying that they would not be able to refund my money for at least 6 months, would I like to choose different items? When I said no, I would just like the refund, they then replied by saying that their system for processing refunds were down and that they would not be able to offer refunds. This place is a Chinese scam, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I have started a dispute with my bank, however they informed me that there is probably not much they can do in the situation.
