Traveloka’s website caused me serious trouble with my booking. They asked me to enter my first and middle names separately, which ended up not matching the airline’s records. When I contacted customer support to fix it, they told me I would have to pay an extra fee to correct the name — even though the mistake was caused by their own confusing booking system.
