Though the cameras are good the software is NFFP
Although the cameras do take quite good video in all weather conditions, there is one real issue. The android app AOSU is very basic. One of the main failures is that you have to view each event and then download or delete. This makes the cameras useless if unable to downlaod a) The last 24 hours, b) The requested period. The videos are stored on the local hub inside my property yet access is by each individual video. The app needs to be improved, or I will be replacing the system with one that is more customer focussed. I raised this with support over a year ago, with no such improvement made available UPDATE: Their response is exatly the same as over a year go, and are obviously not interested in providing the ability to download multiple videos simultaneously. UPDATE:21/07/26 The response by AOSU regarding the camera type is quite misleading. 1. It is the "android app" that has the issue 2. The app does not download from the camera, but from the hub which contains the SD card. 3. Why have their support previously stated that they are looking into providing the "multiple" feature in the "app" if now they say it is a restriction of the camera model. Which is true??
