So in the end, still a lot of time involved and some trouble, but now everything should be fine. Original review 1/5 from 06-2026: Unlike competitors such as BullionVault or BullionStar, Silver Bullion makes accessing my own funds incredibly difficult through a series of constantly shifting requirements. Demands that were not necessary at account opening are now being enforced retrospectively with zero flexibility. Every time one task is completed, a new, more complicated one follows immediately. This creates enormous administrative effort and unnecessary costs for the customer. While buying was easy, just keeping the account "valid" has turned into a weeks-long ordeal of bureaucratic obstruction. The lack of customer orientation is shocking. Avoid if you value straightforward access to your assets.
