This is a super slow and non customer oriented service. Their app won't show if you've any eSim available. I did mine from the website and I got the esim QR code after good one hour. Now that a month has passed for the service I availed, there was no formal intimation about it. Although I recharged my account (again from the website) To my surprise, the same thing happened. Now, they don't respond at all, neither on chats nor on their whatsapp helpline. Moreover, I did a blunder recommending this service to my other friends who are here on trip with me. All of them had to avail other services and they rather bought other ones and also got no response.
