Two and a Half Months and still NOTHING…
I have been waiting for two and a half months for an order and have not received it. Every time I contact their customer service, email only, it always say the same thing. "It is in transit. Keep checking with the tracking number we have provided for updates." There has not been an update in a month. The order tracking on their website says "Item in Ogden Utah" and that update is over a month old too. Then the customer service email always states that they are on vacation and for me to be patient. Who has the luxury to take 2 months vacation.? Beginning to think it is a scam. I am contacting PayPal to get a refund.
