Good Quality Cosplay, But Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees
I’ve had a really mixed experience with EZCosplay. The cosplay I did receive looked great and matched the pictures, but the process getting there was frustrating and disappointing. First, the shipping took far too long. I ordered the costume well in advance for Comic Con, but it arrived after the event, which was incredibly disappointing. On top of that, I had to pay an expensive FedEx customs fee that wasn’t made clear during checkout — it’s buried in the fine print of their terms and conditions. That kind of charge should be shown up front. Worse still, I placed another order in April, and it’s now two months later, and I still haven’t received it. No tracking updates, no meaningful customer support. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and haven’t gotten any real answers. Overall, while the quality of the cosplay itself was good, the lack of transparency, poor communication, long shipping times, and hidden fees make me hesitant to ever order from EZCosplay again. Be very cautious and read everything carefully before buying.
