High quality product but returns process not so much.
The people are very nice and helpful, but I returned a belt that was too small and it was lost even with the return authorization number clearly marked. The package was never found. So I ended up spending $450.00 for a belt. Other than that, it's a great product. Note of caution size up your belt at least one size larger than your jean size as their web site instructs you to do.
