Gratitude for a Great product and Your immediate response
Your response to my floppy folder was immediate and gracious. The replacement folder arrived more quickly than you had predicted. As a lifelong musician, I have had a good deal of experience with folders. The one that I purchased from you last year is my favorite and I was dismayed when it began to flop. It is wonderful to know that you stand behind your product and your customers when there is a problem. Thank you for your prompt service.
