Amazing customer service!
My first appointment was a horrible disaster. The doc didn't show face, and I lost time at work due to taking an extended lunch break for nothing. I contacted the support team, and they immediately set up another appointment with another doctor, who squared me away almost immediately. He answered every question I had thoroughly, and went above and beyond for me. These guys KNOW how to make it up to you, if something does go wrong.
