Worst customer service on the planet
Worst customer service on the planet. All i wanted was to get a price for me to send in a unit for battery replacement. They only give you a canned answer asking for a receipt & a video picture showing the problem. I replied that i didn't want a warranty service, just to pay for a new battery. And how does one show it won't hold a charge in a picture. They never even replied. Anything you ask gets the same useless canned reply but no human ever answers. Plus I'm not even happy with the slypod. Nothing but problems and useless for actual productions.
