Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful. Helped me with reservation two nights in a row. No one was at the desk of the motel and I had paid online. Customer service person got ahold of someone to let me in and get a key. Very much appreciated as I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to hassle with trying to cxl and get a refund.
