ZERO Support - Impossible to address issues
There's no customer support here beyond that offered by bots. The product arrived with a defective RTK cable. I've done on line "live" chat with a bot twice, never could get a human and am only "assured" that a ticket has been created; or a ticket has been escalated only to have another bot send inane questions and telling me they will take care of the matter expeditiously. The hot line support agent may also be a bot, hard to tell only assure me they will escalate and a human will call me back. That has not happened either.
