Product Quality & Customer Service Unsatisfactory
Stars are based on quality of the product and customer service. Originally purchased both pump and board in April 2024. When the hose broke in June 2025, I reached out to iRocker to see if they would honor the year warranty despite being just over 2 months past expiration. No dice. Apparently $20 for a new hose is more important to iRocker than customer satisfaction.
