Gimmicky and half baked
Very negative experience with the Morning machine and capsule subscription. The first batch of capsules I received was just OK, no better than what's available in the supermarket for half the price. The machine is also good but not great. The screen is gimmicky and it's no better than similar sized machines from the leading brand which ultimately work the same way. Lastly, the website where you order the capsules is very glitchy and isn't working for me at all right now. I requested to cancel the subscription after one month and they requested a bill of over 150% the price of the machine. When you consider that all I have received is really just the machine and one pack of capsules it's quite absurd to ask for more than the retail price of those. Overall a negative experience and I would strongly recommend against this brand.
