Disappointed too many times!!!
Disappointed too many times!!! NTUC’s home delivery is getting from bad to worse over the years. They can keep you waiting for hours past the delivery time slot selected and no update when they’re going to be late. Many times received broken eggs, missing items. Their delivery people will not knock door but just leave the chilled and frozen items on the floor outside, right under the sun. No use giving them feedback on their portal because they do nothing to help. I’ve even requested for their customer service to call, but nobody called and they will send you an email you claiming that they have resolved the issue. That’s how ridiculous they can get. And now the delivery company said can’t help. Gave me a number 6380 5850 to call, nobody answer my call and have me continue to wait.
