I am extremely disappointed with their reschedule and refund policy. The reschedule fee is ridiculously high—almost the same as buying a new ticket! Even worse, cancellations are not allowed at all. If you’re hoping for a refund, DON’T BOTHER – the process is complicated and will likely end in rejection. Customer service? Not helpful at all. They only reply with automated messages and offer no real solution. I’ve tried complaining through Instagram and Facebook as well – same result, just seen with no meaningful response. It’s such a shame, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. But after this experience, I will never use their service again.
