Poor Experience — Payment Delays and Copy-Paste Support
I sold my item to Bag Borrow or Steal, and I regret it. While they offered a slightly higher payout than Fashionphile or Rebag, the experience has been stressful and disappointing. I sold my item to Bag Borrow or Steal, hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, it took more than 6 business days just to authenticate my item. After authentication, I was told to wait an additional 3 to 7 business days for payout via PayPal — which they haven't even processed. Despite reaching out multiple times for updates, I only received generic, copy-paste responses with no real answers or clear payout date. This experience is a stark contrast to Fashionphile and Rebag, both of which authenticated and paid me within 24 hours via direct deposit and kept me well informed throughout. Selling should be quick and transparent. If you want fast payment and reliable communication, avoid Bag Borrow or Steal and go with Fashionphile or Rebag instead.
