Dishonest and misleading
Order placed: August 7, 2025. No shipping, no replies for four days despite my emails and instant messages. On August 11, Gnomon finally responded claiming the “last piece” failed QC. Let’s be honest—due to the delay, they simply ran out of stock. Calling it a QC issue is insulting to my intelligence. This is unacceptable service, and I will not be shopping with Gnomon again.
