arrived damaged. seller offered 10% back and it wasnt applied to my card. as well as synchrony bank reducing my available balance from 1200 to 250 when i have never missed a payment and maintained a zero balance the entire time ive had the card spending $1000’s already. i will no longer use them or you for any future purchases. your customer service is great but your banking partners are the exact opposite. they said they continuously run my credit to monitor my worthiness??? ive never been late on any of my cards and are all in good standing, i just have low balances from christmas. absolute slap in the face and i will take my business elsewhere. im launching an entire production company at Firewave912.com so you just lost lots of future business.
