I don’t recommend this company at all
I don’t recommend this company at all. I ordered a custom statue that was supposed to feature my husband’s face, but what I received looked like a completely different person! When I tried to return it, I had to pay £14 for shipping, and the company refused to take responsibility. Their excuse was that the products are “AI-generated.” I had to open a dispute through PayPal just to get my money back. Save yourself the stress — stay away from this company if you don’t want a headache!
