My order number is #1865
I previously submitted a review about the fact that the the website does not seem to believe in my order, and despite emailing the company for the past 10 days I have received no responses beyond links to the same returns page that does not believe in my order. I have tried logging in to find the order and request a return from there, but here it similarly suggests i've never ordered anything. I don't understand why, if there is no way to fix these, I cannot in these circumstances request a return over email, and am extremely disappointed.

Order record disappeared?
My order number is #1865. I paid for express shipping, but unfortunately still received my dress well past the date it was meant to arrive. It did not fit me, however when I searched for the page to request a return, the website suggested that my order did not exist. I have contacted customer service repeatedly over the past week and received only links to the same returns page, without answers to my query. I'm concerned about the legitimacy of the company given their failure to honour their delivery promises and seemingly fair and appropriate returns policy.
