My Account Was Banned Without Justification – No Support Response!
📝 Review Content: I was using Freeward with honesty and completed many offers successfully. My account is fully verified with my national ID and face photo. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned for “multiple accounts or VPN usage,” which is completely false. I only have one account and the only change was switching to a new device. I have submitted multiple support requests explaining everything, but it has been over a week with no response. It's unacceptable to block verified users without proper investigation or communication. If Freeward continues to ignore genuine users, I will have to warn others and report this experience across more platforms. Please handle support issues professionally and fairly.
