Repeated Pickup Promises Broken – Dumpster Still Not Removed
Every day this week, this company has guaranteed that they would pick up the dumpster my contractor ordered. Each day, he or I have received reassurances—yesterday alone I spoke with customer service twice, both times they confirmed the dumpster would be removed that day. Yet here we are, and the dumpster is still sitting in the same spot. These repeated false promises have delayed my contractor's work and caused unnecessary stress and cost. It's incredibly frustrating to be told “we’ll take care of it today” day after day, only to be let down again. If you’re considering using this company, be aware that customer service may tell you what you want to hear, but follow-through is unreliable at best.
