I’m honestly not happy
I’m honestly not happy with my experience with The Guu Shop. My son’s pendant which is in memory of his uncle who passed away was supposed to be delivered today, May 26, 2026. What upset me wasn’t just the delay, but the confusion surrounding the shipping issue. I received a call from Gofo Express saying my ZIP code was incorrect and needed to be updated. However, my address was entered correctly from the beginning. My order confirmation email and the shipping label sent by The Guu Shop both showed the correct address. Somehow the ZIP code changed from 07306 to 07304 during the shipping process. When I contacted The Guu Shop through WhatsApp, they denied making any error, which was frustrating because the mistake clearly did not happen on my end. Now I have to wait several more days for the package to be re-delivered. This may seem minor to some people, but considering the sentimental value of the pendant, it was disappointing. Unfortunately, with this being my first experience ordering from The Guu Shop, I would not order from them again.
