i purchased filament and was due to be delivered over 2weeks ago, incorrect details were put on shipping label and logistics company can't find my package. creality refuse to replace the item i purchased. absolutely Pathetic Customer Service. they take no responsibility and aren't willing to look after a loyal customer.
