Very poor delivery
Moved some furniture from Memphis to Nashville. The pick-up in Memphis was great, nice people, careful, etc. The delivery in Nashville and the customer service afterward have been poor. The deliverers in Nashville scraped my hallway and den floors with a piano they were not adequately handling and made no attempt at an apology even after they were shown the scrapes. Trying to contact Bellhop about this has been very difficult, they have sent me messages that had the wrong name on them, told me all was done and seemed fine in some emails that were tone deaf to the fact that I had both called them and emailed them (with pictures) - and have not yet acknowledged with an email reply or callback my issue.
