Scam website
I bought IDV echoes, and kept having to wait for literally 40 minutes with the customer service acting clueless like it's their first day and they dont know anything at all. I still haven't received my echoes, the website says it could be within 5 minutes, while first customer service said I need to wait 30 minutes and if I still don't have it, I should contact customer support. The second one said that I just have to patient and then closed the chat. After that, I didn't have a way to contact customer service than that other than just send an email and wait long to get a reply. Don't order from this website, it's a massive scam, best just go on eneba or buy from the game itself cause the prices aren't that cheaper and it's just a scamming website.
