Shipping and material issue
I had ordered a sweatshirt, specifically the Win XP Knit Sweatshirt, and today I received the product, however there are some issues. First of all, the material of the sweatshirt listed on the website is "ribbed knit fabric". Digging deeper into the website they claim their products are 100% cotton, but the sweatshirt I just received is 100% polyester. Second of all, I originally registered my home address as the shipping destination, but after second consideration I decided to contact them and change the destination to another location because of reasons I won't explain. They claimed that the address had been changed in their system. However, just today, it got shipped to the previously registered address. As much as the sweatshirt is comfortable and good looking, I would've expected some more clarity and professionalism on their part, both in the fabric and the shipping.
