Return Request Being Ignored - Caution!
I am trying to return two shirts I bought but their customer support team will not email me back with return instructions. I have asked four times! The shirts are have never been worn, all tags still attached with original packaging. I am following their return/refund policy, but after reading all the reviews here, it seems highly unlikely that they will refund me the money (about $200). My next step is to file fraud with my credit card company.
