The bag is such a lovely piece! After knowing the stories behind the making of the bag, I find myself cherishing it more. The embroidery is absolute perfection, and and leather feels so soft yet high quality, something that images can't do it justice! Customer service was also superb. All my queries were promptly replied in a friendly manner. I am overall very satisfied, and I will purchase from Tang Heritage again without doubt.
