⚠️ Terrible experience with Easun Power – Avoid! I purchased an inverter with warranty, and when it failed, the company promised to send a spare part. I waited more than 2 months with no serious update. I contacted them many times. When I insisted on a replacement, they deleted our entire communication history from their platform! This shows guilt and complete disrespect to the customer. No responsibility, no professionalism. If you're in the EU, be careful: they don’t honor warranties or even basic support. I do not recommend Easun to anyone. Legal action has already started, and I have reported the case.
