POOR PRODUCT, STOPPED WORKING / NEVIGATING IN FOUR MONTHS
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be highlighted. I purchased this robot vacuum with high expectations, only to have it completely stop working in just four months. The vacuum performed reasonably well in the beginning, but the decline was rapid. Just in few months it is struggled to navigate and does not do anything. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of meaningful support in the UK! A household appliance shouldn’t become a disposable item after a few months of light use. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before investing in this model. A robot vacuum should make life easier, not add another problem to your list. This one has been a complete let‑down.
