Failure to provide product or assistance
My rating and review are for the company, not the dress. I never go the dress I paid for. I wanted this dress so badly but, even after the delivery company Kistania.com contracted acknowledged they lost my package, Kistania declined to send a replacement dress. Three months later I have been left to file complaints with the FTC, PayPal, and BBB in hope of getting resolution. It should not be this hard to get help from a vendor. *Reminder to Kistsnia- The shipping company verified that I did not sign. The package was misdelivered. I sent the email and confirmation from UniUni acknowledging the error. Forgot about it. I sent copies of everything to the FTC, BBB, and PayPal. PayPal refunded my money.
