Withdrawal problems and customer service
My purchase is fine, is just that i dont like the fact that the customer service said the withdraw paypal function is coming soon yet its like taking forever, i dont understand why is there no other withrdraw methods and is like they force you to keep the refund money in their website. Their customer service always reply the same, when it comes to you facing any issues like scams, refunds and etc. i never seen any customer service person, say anything new other than their default copy and paste paragraph, just makes me think they are just AI
