Bought Google Play card — invalid code, no refund, no response for weeks
In June 2025, I purchased a $10 Google Play US gift card from SEAGM.com and paid via Alipay. Order number: C77007734 The card was invalid — Google Play refused to redeem it, showing an error. I tried on multiple devices, browsers, and even using a U.S. VPN. Nothing worked. I followed SEAGM’s instructions and submitted their complaint form. I also sent several emails to support. It’s been over a month now, and I still haven’t received any response, replacement, or refund. This is unacceptable customer service. I’ve started sharing my experience on Reddit and Chinese platforms to warn others. Will update this review if SEAGM responds. I do NOT recommend buying gift cards from SEAGM.
