Disappointed and ignored after receiving a defected watch
I received a Pascal watch as a Father’s Day gift, and within a very short time, it stopped working properly. The watch was clearly defective, and I immediately reached out to customer service—including photos showing the damage—to ask for a resolution. Despite multiple emails, I have yet to receive any response. The lack of accountability and customer care is extremely disappointing, especially from a company that markets itself as premium. I was planning to wear the watch on an upcoming birthday trip, but now I’m left with a broken product and silence. I hope Pascal Design takes this feedback seriously. A good product means nothing without reliable customer service to back it up. — Nais Cameron
