I ordered a replacement tube for my electric air pump. No problem w the delivery of the item. My complaint is with the item itself. I love my board and use it often. The part that goes into the valve broke and I ordered a new one. I babied thos second one because of how easy the fiemrst one broke. I've just recieved my third one. The plastic that gets inserted to the valve breaks easily. It should be made of some type of metal? Something that doesnt break so easily. I was aware and was sooo careful with the second one and it broke sooner than the first one. I'm also having an issue with my handle in the middle of the board. Its coming out/off. That just happened the other day and I haven't had a chance to address it yet. I really do love my board and would recommend your company and product. As I said I use mine often, so I expect the wear and tear. I put a strap on the metal rings to carry it from now on. But the hose breaking for the air pump is annoying!
